My name is Laura. I’m a creative and I have an MBA. I’ve done a lot and a little of everything within small and large nonprofit organizations and foundations over the last 20 years. I started a nonprofit and have sat on nonprofit boards. I’ve had jobs focused entirely on fundraising, and others on marketing, communications, and program building.

My work often begins before things are fully formed - at moments of possibility, uncertainty, or transition, when an organization or group is asking what it is becoming. I bring structure to those moments, helping shape direction, clarify purpose, and build the strategies and relationships that allow ideas to take hold and grow.
My approach is collaborative and generative—grounded in listening, guided by experience, and oriented toward what is both meaningful and possible.
