Someone who loves you sends you a care package. It arrives at your doorstep and is homemade, full of love, and meant to nurture from afar. The time it takes to assemble, the attention to wrapping the contents, writing your name and address, this effort feels like a warm hug.
When you sign up for The Care Package, you will receive monthly mail that is hand made, carefully assembled, and meant to brighten your day.
Each month, I’ll send you a stuffed envelope that includes original art, reflections on the intersection of caretaking and art, and prompts for kid art projects. It’s meant to be both beautiful and nurturing - through aesthetic delight and items that have usefulness in your daily routine. The package includes a variety of items: stickers, temporary tattoos, paper prints, postcards, and activity pages.
I’m interested in what caretaking as a mother-artist means, and this project is the exploration of my experience at that intersection and the efforts of other caretaker/art makers everywhere. I hope you will feel cared for when you receive this monthly mail club, and that you will join me in creating a conversation about mother-artists, art making, and caretaking.

The Care Package mail club is $10/month. When you sign up, you’re signing up for a subscription to receive the mailing every month until you cancel.

I ship the first week of each month. You need to be signed up for The Care Package mail club by the 15th of the prior month in order to receive the monthly mailing.
